Crocs has unveiled its revamped 34th Street destination store, marking the brand’s second major New York makeover in just four months.
Following the launch of the Crocs Icon store on Broadway earlier this year, the 34th Street location now steps forward with a landmark redesign, bringing the latest evolution of the global Crocs concept to one of Manhattan’s busiest retail corridors.
The reimagined store commands a prime position on this iconic stretch, just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Empire State Building. This four-storey unit offers 6,300sq ft of retail space across two trading floors, making it one of the world’s largest Crocs stores.
Designed by long-term partner Briggs Hillier, the redesign introduces an elevated customer experience and contemporary aesthetic that reflects Crocs’ growing cultural presence. A reworked spatial plan on both floors brings intuitive zoning and purposeful flow, weaving engagement, interaction, discovery and self-expression into every step.
At the heart of the store, dual Jibbitz Bars showcase an ever-growing library of iconic charms, accompanied by a personalisation workshop nook where fans can personalise their Crocs side by side – underscoring Crocs’ belief in creativity as a shared experience. Limited-Edition Crocs and a recycling chute – encouraging customers to rehome their well-worn pairs – lead through to the rear cashdesk.
The Crocs Icon store on Broadway set the tone for the brand’s evolution in New York. The 34th Street store now continues that journey, with a refreshed fascia, updated materials and a reimagined flow – creating a confident, expressive space that further strengthens Crocs’ presence in the city.
