Our Customer
For our customer, an Italian footwear brand we are looking for an experienced production manager for one of their production plants. Location is in Northern Italy. A good feeling for Italian fashion would be necessary.

The company is well-known for excellent quality and fashion. Men, women and kids shoes are very comfortable and middle priced. The brand is distributed around the world and can be found in the best shops and shopping malls.

You will report directly to the COO in the plant.

Please note that is will be a fix employment. To work as consultant is not possible.
Your profile:
·         You are a shoe technician or engineer in a related field

·         You have minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

·         You are expert in footwear production

·         You track record is convincing

·         You are an excellent team leader

·         You are fluent in Italian

·         You English is also on a good and secure level 
Your knowledge  
·         You will be responsible for some production lines

·         You know about assembling processes and techniques

·         You are an expert in the technology for lasting and soling

·         You know about machinery, tools, chemicals and finishing procedures
