For our customer, an established US shoe manufacturer on a high price level, we are looking for the above mentioned candidate for a fix contract.

The worldwide acting company with focus on fashionable high end women shoes is expanding. Permanent location in Europe is not possible or wanted. Travelling to HQ is several times per years necessary.

The ideal candidate will manage the women shoes design department, from planning to sales.

He/she will bring the products to success and will be responsible for a quite big crew of people coming around the world.

You are reporting directly to the managing board.

Your Profile

·         You have a bachelor degree in marketing or economy

·         You have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the fashion sector

·         You are an excellent PM

·         You have experience in designing

·         You are extremely experienced in women shoes

·         You know the word-wide market very well

·         You can work self motivated

·         You can motivate your team

·         You have excellent interpersonal skills and you can solve problem easily

·         You are able to articulate clear the company goals and objectives

·         Your English is fluent, any other language, preferred Italian, Portuguese or Spanish, is very well-come
