You will report direct to the board and will get shortly also a member of the leading management.

 You have minimum 7-10 years experience in similar positions
 You are shoe technician or engineer
 You are experienced in production planning
 You know how to increase efficiency
 You are fit in lean management
 You can motivate the employees.
 You have leadership experience.
