Berlin, May 2015 – With the “Roadside” retail concept, Camel Active wins people over at national and international points of sale with several openings. The highlights currently include the newly opened store in downtown Cologne, Germany.
Great importance is placed on the use of authentic materials in all new stores and in the shop-in-shop areas: white walls convey a sense of expansiveness and spaciousness, while the dark mineral floor contrasts this by providing a solid standing and expressing something primordial. When presenting the product worlds, wood, canvas,
corrugated sheet metal and steel pipes in a used look are combined to form an exciting stage for camel active menswear and womenswear.
The new Roadside concept was already introduced in 2012. In addition to Cologne, national stores in Bad Kissingen, Binz on the island of Rügen as well as Bad Zwischenahn have been opened in 2015; new openings in the Hamburg Europapassage and in Wyk on the island of Föhr took place in 2014. International new openings included Moscow, Rhodes and Budapest. There have been more openings this year, for example in Durham, UK, as well as in Bad Ischl, Austria.
