The third and final phase of Högl’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection is bold and bright: a host of colourful prints come together on ballerinas, slingbacks, heels and trainers. Graphic patterns meet zebra print and zigzags in vibrant colours such as sunrise, pink and navy. On ballerinas and slingback heels, this new pattern mix makes its mark with stylish silky material, wows as a print on leather trainers and adds a striking twist to the heels of Högl’s beloved Butterflight wedges.

Two vibrant colours also brighten up some tried-and-tested bestsellers: sunrise and navy. Sunrise – a lighter take on last season’s punchy scarlet red – along with deep navy ensure that slingbacks, strappy heels and wedges are simple yet expressive everyday companions.

Pop and pastel patent

Slingback heels and ballerinas get a new look with one of this season’s on-trend colours: mango. This dark yellow tone is summery and fresh and works particularly well on crumpled wet-look patent leather. This material and the decorative buckle take these summer designs to extravagant new heights.

Innovation can also be seen in Högl’s classic shoes. Formal classics are the hallmark of the Högl designers’ elegant and feminine signature style and have been an integral part of every summer collection for a long time. Now, for the first time, Aqualack, a glossy patent leather with a wavy texture, makes its debut on heels, slingbacks and open-sided styles. The delicate pastel shades of
salmon, silver and volcano are wonderfully understated yet incredibly graceful.

Snake obsessed

Snakeskin-effect shoes are no longer an exotic fad – they’re now an indispensable part of any fashion-conscious woman’s shoe collection. During the summer season, the third phase of Högl’s Spring/Summer 2020 collection sees this reptile look featuring on all kinds of shoes. A new snakeskin print with vivid lime accents is especially eye-catching. It breathes new life into  stablished styles and puts new sandals firmly into the limelight. The Högl designers have also followed the trekking trend, creating a design with a round-toed shape and chunky ridged soles. The practical trekking sandals of old were the inspiration for Högl’s futuristic VITALITY sandals with their snakeskin-effect crossoverstraps.

Softline

It’s not only design that sets Högl’s shoes apart, but its core values. Since the brand’s inception, innovation has been at the heart of a commitment to continuously improve the excellent fit and quality of its shoes. Softline technology is unique to Högl, and features in almost all the designs. Heels, loafers, trainers, ballerinas and ankle boots are all fitted with an ergonomic footbed, which includes foam cushioning in the forefoot area. In the new Spring/Summer 2020 collection, Högl’s PILLOW loafers are one such example, with their perfect fit and soft padded insole.
