Our Customer:

For our customer, a traditional company based in Germany, we are looking for the above mentioned candidate. The company is producing fashionable men and women shoes in a middle price level.

To ensure a seamless link and flow between the design department, the PM and the production in Asia and Eastern Europe we need an already experienced sourcing specialist. The department will expand and looks for an established new employee. The candidate will report directly to the general management.

Job Description:

·         Sourcing of all relevant materials

·         Excellent networker with a working address book

·         Successful buyer worldwide

·         Focus Asia and Eastern Europe

·         Excellent negociation skills

·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position

·         Thorough understanding of the shoe production process from design to production

·         Able to deal with big quantities

·         Multicultural attitude

·         Fluent in English

·         Other languages would be a plus

·         Able to travel > 70 %
