Our Customer
For our customer, a European shoes manufacturer, we are looking for a logistics specialist.
Base will be in the traditional shoe production area in Portugal.
The company is well established and is producing men- women and kid shoes on different
price levels and different constructions.
You are an expert in logistics, supply and maintenance and you will support the company with new ideas and solid knowledge.
The manufacturer is expanding and therefore the small existing logistic department needs to be brought to the next level.
According to the company hierarchy you will report directly to the COO.
Please note that is will be a fix employment. To work as consultant is not possible.

Your profile
You have a bachelor degree or high school diploma
You have minimum 7 years of experience in supply or logistic operations
Your track record is convincing
You are experienced in managing equipment
You are experienced in receiving, inspecting, packing and shipping
You have the ability to research, locate, and order material
You can oversee and manage the flow and fulfillment of customer orders.
IT-Knowledge
Solid knowledge of relevant applications, Excel and MS-office
Languages
Fluent Portuguese and English is a must
Other languages would be a plus
Relocation
Your residence must be close to the office after the trial period
