For our customer, a well-established European shoe manufacturer on a premium price level, we are looking for the above mentioned candidate to help an extraordinary traditional brand.
The nearly worldwide acting and well-known company with focus on business and fashionable men shoes is constantly growing.
The ideal candidate will manage the men’s shoes department, from rough ideas, to planning and to sales.
The international crew around the men`s department is very well organised, but
needs a bit of support to achieve the next successful and convincing collections.
Focus will be on a sportive line, which will be produced in Asia.
The production of the business line is and will stay in European plants.
He/she will bring the products to success with a good knowledge also on marketing.
You are reporting directly to the managing board.
Your profile
You have a bachelor degree in marketing or economics
Your track record is proven
You are working in the fashion or FMCG area
You have a minimum of 7-9 years of work experience in the mentioned sector
You are a born leader
You are a natural motivator
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You can solve problem easily
You are able to articulate clear the company goals and objectives
You have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
You are an excellent organiser
Languages:
Your English must be on a negotiable level
Any other language, Spanish, German, French would be a plus
