For our client, an international manufacturer of sport and athletic shoes with HQ in a German
speaking country we are looking for you as head of design and product to join a worldwide
operating company.
You are a talented product manager and designer with progressive thinking who can support
the existing departments to bring more sophisticated products to the customer. Your sporty
lifestyle is a guarantee to satisfy the needs in the nearer future.
The company with it`s brand is very well-known, has the best reputation and is producing the
shoes on a high price level. Distribution takes place around the world. Production plants are
mainly in Eastern Europe. Best leathers and raw materials and excellent fitting is of course the
focus.
The ambitious and dynamic company will reorganize the existing department and needs you.

Your qualification
Senior footwear designer and/or product manager
Minimum 7-10 years of experience of managing design and product
Experienced in leading team of designers (freeance and inside)
You are highly motivated
You are inspiring, creative and innovative
You have a very convincing track record
You know the worldwide market extremely well
You can drive collections into excellent business results
Excellent understanding of footwear techniqe and materials
Strong knowledge of construction and production processes
Good communication skills
Positive thinking
You are fluent in English and German and/or other language
