Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last week detailing the UK’s roadmap out of lockdown, the organisers of Harrogate Fashion Week have announced that the show will take place on the 1st & 2nd August at the Harrogate Convention Centre.

It was a huge relief for all involved when Boris Johnson announced his plan to lift all restrictions from June 21st. Event Director Wendy Adams says, “We are delighted to confirm that Harrogate Fashion Week will be going ahead this August after such a disappointing 2020 and we are looking to ensure the event celebrates the endurance of the fashion industry”.

After an unprecedented year, HFW 2021 will allow indies and brands to re-unite in the popular event town of Harrogate, and will be a testament to the resolve of boutique owners, suppliers, and fashion businesses throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

The HFW team are incredibly excited to have Harrogate back in the diary and are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to the Harrogate Convention Centre this August.

Director Sarah Moody commented “It’s expected to be a busy selling season and many brands have already reserved their stands in the excitement of getting back to face-to-face selling.  We have had more special occasion and promwear enquiries than ever before, so definitely see a growth in this area.”

The August show will see regular brands including womenswear labels Marble, Pomodoro, John Charles, Lily & Me, Foil, Focus, Oopera, Gabriella Sanchez and many more.  In addition, footwear brands already confirmed include Legero, Caprice, and Lotus.
