The seminar will provide the latest legal information on agency law and distributorship law to suppliers and distributors as well as businesses using agents and the agents themselves.
Our guest speaker, Oliver Segal QC, will talk about the judgment in Green Deal Marketing and what we can learn from this most recent case concerning the Commercial Agents Regulations.
