With voting now closed, the industry turns its attention to the event itself. Independent retailers, brands and nominees prepare for a fantastic night as the finalists are announced late December, with only the National Shop Front of the Year category left open until January 13th.
The response to the Footwear Industry Awards 2016 has been amazing; this year the team has seen a record number of nominations and entries received, and to date, the number of votes has surpassed all previous years. “The industry is really engaging with the awards and it is fantastic to see that we are reaching new audiences through social media and in the printed magazine. Even now, the awards are continuing its momentum as we have started to receive enquiries into NEXT year’s event” commented editor, Cheryl Taylor.

Live Entertainment & Dress code
With all the glitz, glamour and pizzazz planned for the awards, the dress code is lounge suits and cocktail dresses, so guests are expected to be suited and booted!
We are also excited to announce that alongside Greg Burns hosting the awards, will be a live band to conclude the evening.
